  Really long wait, at least eight to ten people were all waiting at the same time just to get their food. Saw one order completely forgotten. The restaurant was also also a mess, they had no clean trays or glasses, and were out of ice.

  I wanted my coffee in a regular cup
  And I got it in a paper cup
  I asked for English muffin be double toasted and I got it just warm
  I am visiting here and it seems nobody listened in nfld to what you say
  They are going to make the way they like
  I am experiencing the same problem wherever

  Service was great but a staff member, which looked like a manager, was bagging food with her hair down. It may not be a huge deal to some but that's kind of gross.

  Usually standard AW food slower service since they cook it fresh when ordered and friendly service.
